New From BEA: MS42 Series Touchless Actuators

BEA has added the MS42 Series to its MAGIC SWITCH line of touchless actuators, which includes the following models: 10MS42-SO, 10MS42-SL, 10MS42-RO, 10MS42-DO, and 10MS42-DL. Using microwave (radar) technology, the MS42 delivers reliable touchless door activation for interior and exterior applications, capable of detecting a moving hand, cart, or wheelchair with an adjustable sensing zone of 4 to 24 inches.

The MS42 features wave-to-open and wave-to-lock functions, an adjustable hold time built to meet ANSI standards, and built-in status indication via dry contact input for direct connection to access control systems. An illuminated ring and adjustable audible alert (including silent mode) round out the feature set.
