Adams Rite EX Retrofit Kit

Each Adams Rite EX88 Interlock and EX89 Pullman Exit Device now ships standard with an EX Retrofit Kit designed to make retrofitting rim exit device applications simple and easy to install.

The EX Retrofit Kit is used when retrofitting an opening which needs repairing or reinforcing of the door to prepare for the installation of a rim exit device. This kit is compatible to retrofit the Adams Rite 8700 and 8800 Series Rim Exit Devices and other narrow profile rim exit devices with the height of the head not exceeding 4”.

This will be a rolling change as we work down existing inventory.
