Digital Content Associate (Remote)

As a Digital Content Associate, you will be responsible for supporting all digital content and data management initiatives and projects, focusing in areas where the combination of door hardware product knowledge, Excel skills, knowledge of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 system and digital data are required. The team is fully managed through JIRA with an Agile approach to project goals. We are looking for an exacting, meticulous individual to not only complement our existing team, but to raise the bar in terms of modern data integrity, fidelity, and integration.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience using Excel to produce advanced relational and formula-based content and data sets. Basic understanding of data field mappings, databases, and relational data. Solid comprehension of how data is presented to both internal (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and external (Website) customers. Ability to take door hardware product specifications and translate them into comprehensive data sets, or equivalent experience within a similar industry. Experience working with a Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar business management platform.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of using Excel to produce rich, formulaic content and data sets

• 3+ years of data entry or data management within a complex business system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent)

• Product specification experience in the door hardware industry, or a willingness and ability to quickly attain product knowledge

• Experience mapping similar but different data points to a common nomenclature

• Ability to work independently while also collaborating closely with a team

• Ability to multitask and balance shifting priorities

• A true team spirit

• Resourcefulness and a passion for solving content and data challenges

The ideal candidate has experience with one or more of the following:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Experience working in the distribution industry

• Experience working with either customer- or business-facing e-commerce websites

• Door Hardware/Access Hardware knowledge

• Working with website data or databases

• Working within an agile-based project management software cloud, such as JIRA

• Interpreting data to make informed decisions

• Scoping project requirements given from business units
